absolutely not what i expected. the state of dirty mattresses in the lobby was unsettling, and getting shifted to a smoking room instead of my booked one wasn’t ideal. i thought some complimentary treats would’ve been nice after that chaos, but alas, nothing. breakfast options were hardly sufficient, and aircon vents were just shameful!

I had a wonderful stay with my family for 3 nights. The staff treated us like family, especially Queen at breakfast, who organized a breakfast pack for my little one. The rooms were super clean, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, and the hotel felt very safe and secure. Will definitely book again! 😊

The hotel faced water outages during my stay, with two days of no water and an additional day of cold water. the coffee supply at breakfast was delayed, which was a letdown. Accessing nearby attractions is cumbersome without a car, so plan accordingly. Lastly, the carpets in the rooms could use more thorough vacuuming.
